Refund Policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS: Due to the nature of all Blue Velvet & Co products unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at bluevelvetandco@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY: If you have changed your mind within 24 hours of ordering on our online store, we can issue a refund minus a restocking fee. Our restocking fee is set at 10% of the order cost.

 

DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at bluevelvetandco@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
