Order Processing Time:

Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days, please keep in mind this DOSE NOT include shipping time!

In the holiday season processing time is 4-7 business days (please note this does not include shipping time)

Local Pickup

We offer free pick-up in Abbotsford, BC. To place an order for pick up choose Pick-Up option at check out. When you receive your confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping Policies for Domestic orders

Most Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post’s Letter Mail in order to keep shipping cost as affordable as possible. Items shipped through Letter Mail are untracked. Bigger parcels are shipped via Expedited Parcel and a tracking number will be provided.

All orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and duties.

Some countries may require additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees to be paid before your package is delivered. These fees are not included in your purchase and are not collected by Blue Velvet & Co.

All taxes, fees, COD charges and any other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Package?

Standard Tracked Shipping

If you believe your package may be lost, we ask that you wait 4 weeks for domestic orders and 6 weeks for international orders before we can consider a replacement.

Oversized Lettermail (Untracked)

Orders shipped by Oversized Lettermail do not include tracking. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages.

Wrong Address

Blue Velvet & Co details before placing your order. If you notice you entered your address incorrectly, reach out to us as quickly as possible and we will happily modify it if the order hasn't been completed yet.

Return / Damage / Exchange Policy

Blue Velvet & Co accessory is thoughtfully handmade and carefully inspected before shipping.

If your accessory arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item so we can properly assess the situation.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on accessories and crochet accessories.
If an item shows a craftsmanship defect, we will gladly offer an exchange when reported within 30 days of purchase, once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Please note that normal wear and tear can occur over time, especially with delicate fabrics like satin, which are selected for their gentle, hair-friendly qualities. For this reason, concerns reported beyond 30 days are considered natural wear and are not eligible for exchange.
